program administration

Parents in the program are automatically members of the Ocean Shore School Parent Teacher Organization. PTO elections are held annually. The Executive Board meets monthly to discuss problems and their solutions, propose policy changes, and develop and monitor the budget. Any interested member may attend.

General Meetings are held three times a year in the fall, winter and spring. Attendance at General Meetings is required, ensuring every family has the opportunity to participate in the group process of planning, problem-solving, and decision-making which is essential to maintaining and improving the program.
