communication For daily communication each child has a "cubby" in his or her classroom. Weekly bulletins regarding school events are placed in each child's cubby to be taken home. There are also parent folders in the Parent Resource Area where papers may be distributed and messages left. Families also receive a monthly newsletter that summarizes activities in all classes, and includes informative articles and important reminders. Each teacher holds monthly planning meetings with parents where upcoming curriculum is presented and opportunities for related special projects and activities are developed.
